 ISA Certified Arborists® are held to established professional and ethical standards that guide decision-making, client communication, and tree care recommendations. These standards help ensure consistency, accountability, and public trust within the arboriculture profession. 

 Continuing Education (CEUs)
ISA Certified Arborists® maintain their certification through ongoing ongoing education. Sean Harman completes regular CEUs to remain current with arboricultural best practices, safety standards, and industry guidance.
 

 ISA Certification is a voluntary program that tests and certifies a professional’s achievement of a standard level of knowledge and skill in the field of arboriculture. When a professional becomes an ISA Certified Arborist, they should be recognized by their peers and the public as a tree care professional who has attained a generally-accepted level of knowledge in areas such as tree biology, diagnosis, maintenance practices, safety, and other subject and practice areas within the tree care profession as identified through periodic job task analyses. 

 As an ISA Certified Arborist®, Sean Harman adheres to the International Society of Arboriculture Code of Ethics, which emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and responsible decision-making in arboricultural practice.
